Refund & Return Policy — Oluchi Collective

Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • Unworn and unwashed

  • In original condition

  • With all tags attached

  • In original packaging

To start a return, you must contact us first at Oluchicollective@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. Do not send items back without approval.

If your return is approved, we will provide instructions and a return shipping label when applicable.


Made-to-Order & Preorder Items

Many Oluchi Collective products are made to order, including our hoodies.
These items are produced specifically for you after purchase.

• Made-to-order items are final sale once production has begun
• Cancellations or refunds may only be requested before production starts
• Exchanges may be offered at our discretion for size issues


Digital Products (Mockups & Downloads)

All digital products are non-refundable once downloaded.

Due to the nature of digital goods:

• Refunds cannot be issued after file access
• If you experience technical issues, contact us and we will replace or repair the file
• Unauthorized sharing or redistribution is prohibited


Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery.
Contact us immediately if:

• The item is defective
• You received the wrong item
• The product arrived damaged

We will make it right with a replacement or refund.


Exchanges

The fastest way to exchange is to:

  1. Request a return for the original item

  2. Place a new order for the correct size/item


Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval.
Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method.

• Processing may take 5–10 business days depending on your bank
• Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item was defective or incorrect


Return Shipping

• Customers are responsible for return shipping on non-defective items
• If the item is damaged or incorrect, we will cover return shipping

We resolve problems quickly and fairly. Filing a dispute with your bank before contacting us may delay or limit our ability to provide a refund or replacement.
