Preorder Schedule

Orders are collected until the preorder closing day

Production begins immediately after the closing day

Orders ship 7–10 business days after the preorder closes
You will receive a tracking email as soon as your order ships.
Shipping Costs
• All orders ship with Free U.S. Shipping
• No surprise fees at checkout — shipping is included in the price
Shipping Times
After production is complete, typical transit times are:

U.S. Standard Shipping: 3–5 business days

Total timeline: preorder close → production → 7–10 business days → shipping transit
Delivery times may vary due to carrier delays, holidays, or weather conditions.
Order Changes
Because items are made to order:
• Address changes must be requested before production begins
• Once production has started, changes or cancellations may not be possible
Lost or Delayed Packages
If your tracking shows delivered but you cannot locate your package:

Oluchi Collective is not responsible for packages marked delivered by the carrier, but we will help investigate every case.
Incorrect Address
Orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer may require additional shipping fees for reshipment.
